By accessing or using BookedIt ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including personal trainers ("Trainers") and clients ("Clients").
BookedIt is an online platform that connects personal trainers with clients. The Platform provides tools for session scheduling, progress tracking, messaging, AI-generated training plans, and financial management for trainers. BookedIt acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Trainers.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Users must be at least 16 years of age to use this Platform.
Trainers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including qualifications, certifications, and experience. Trainers must hold valid and relevant professional qualifications and insurance where required by applicable law. BookedIt does not verify trainer credentials and accepts no liability for any services provided.
Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional before undertaking any fitness programme. Clients acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks and agree to participate at their own risk. Clients should disclose any relevant medical conditions or injuries to their Trainer prior to commencing training.
Booking and cancellation policies are set by individual Trainers. Clients should review a Trainer's policy before booking. BookedIt is not liable for any disputes arising from bookings, cancellations, or no-shows between Trainers and Clients.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. BookedIt may charge a service fee for use of the Platform. All fees are displayed clearly at the time of transaction. Refunds are subject to the Trainer's individual refund policy.
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, text, and software, is the property of BookedIt and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Trainers retain ownership of content they create and upload but grant BookedIt a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute such content on the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BookedIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to BookedIt in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
