We share your data with Trainers or Clients as necessary to provide our services (e.g. sharing your booking details with your Trainer). We may also share data with trusted third-party service providers such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics tools. All third parties are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable law.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide our services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it for a longer period.
We use essential cookies to ensure the Platform functions correctly. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the Platform. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Platform.
